I am wearing a size extra small and the fit is true to size. I did not need fashion tape since I have a smaller chest. However, add fashion tape to your bust area and you’ll be secure to go. I will also leave the fashion tape and sticky bra(comes with nipple covers) I wear below. The bodysuit has a thong bottom and 3 button snap closure. I love this outfit as a whole! Dollar Tree just started selling fashion tape and adhesive bras. I wonder if they are any good? There are just some things that you don’t buy from DT. I have not yet found a use for these items, but I can see how you find them handy.
