I’m wearing a size small, it is true to size and there are functioning buttons down the front. It would be cute if you unbuttoned a few buttons for a bralette to peep through. It is a stretchy ribbed texture and it is not stiff. I found you can wrap this in different ways to accommodate your torso length. The straps are wide but you can make them skinny like I did. I have a short torso and was able to cover majority of my stomach when the straps were at their full width. I decided I was going to the a bow on the side for a cute finish.
